1900 Established by Henry Reason.

1910 Allen West rented space from Reason Manufacturing Co Ltd at Brighton to start his company[1].

1911 Exhibited electric clocks, at the Physical Society's Exhibition[2]

1914 Allen West was invited by the principal shareholders of Reason Manufacturing Co Ltd to take over that company.

1922 Products included electrolytic meters, maximum demand indicators, house service fuse boxes, cut-outs, time switches.

1929 Subsidiary of Allen West and Co when it went public[3].

1951 Products: Electrolytic meters; maximum demand indicators; mercury switches.
