1957 Company formed by Neville Bowman-Shaw and his brother Trevor Bowman-Shaw and started by importing fork-lift trucks from Holland

1964 Lancer-Boss Group opened a new factory making fork lift trucks and side loaders[1]

1968 Front lift trucks [2]

Later formed Boss Trucks later Lancer Boss
