1957 Lancer Brothers established.

1964 Lancer-Boss Group opened a new factory making fork lift trucks and side loaders[1]

1966 Company incorporated

1968 Front lift trucks [2]

1972 Assembly unit commissioned with 1,000th truck being produced in November the previous year.

1974 January. Official opening postponed due to energy crisis.

1974 Mr. Bernard Boxall joined the board of the Lancer Boss Group as a non-executive director.[3]

1975 Sold Archer Components

1990 Claimed to be the largest British lift truck maker and the 3rd largest in Europe[4]

1994 Recievers appointed at the request of the Bowman-Shaw brothers[5]

c1994 Company acquired by Jungheinrich.

2003 Factory closed
