1922 married Madeleine D Warnford-Davis in Kensington
1927 formed Godfrey and Proctor, Ltd.
1939 Stuart R Proctor, aeronautical engineer, lived in Thornbury with Georgina Proctor[1]
1950 joined H.R.G. Engineering Co as Technical Director
1985 Died in Hirseheath, Cambs[2]
