Led design work for the successor South Eastern and Chatham Railway under Wainwright.

1911 Robert Reddle Surtees 55, Chief Mechanical Draughtsman, lived in Ashford with Emma Surtees 58, George Surtees 19, Arthur Surtees 16[3]

1919 Died in Guy's Hospital[4]
