Crystal Palace Company

After the exhibition, the Crystal Palace Co employed Joseph Paxton, Charles Fox and William Cubitt to organise the move of the Crystal Palace to Sydenham.

Joseph William Wilson and his son Joseph William Wilson (1851-1930) suggested to the Crystal Palace Co the founding of a School of Engineering.

1881 The directors decided to hold a series of international exhibitions[1]

1920s The school premises moved to Anerley-hill.
