1961 Manufacturers of press-work, welded fabrications, nuts and bolts. 400 employees. [1]

1984 In order to rationalise auto-component supply, the company agreed with Armstrong Equipment to close its bolt making operation and transfer some operations within the group[2]

1987 Benjamin Priest sold Priest Jackson Pressings division to Associated Steels and Tools Co[3]
