1989 F. H. Tomkins Buckle Co was incorporated as a subsidiary of F. H. T. Holdings; the ultimate parent was Tomkins plc

1998 The last part of the original Tomkins company, F. H. Tomkins Buckle Co, was sold to a private investor[1], Robert Parkes.

2011 Company voluntarily wound up[2]
