1989 F. H. Tomkins Buckle Co was incorporated as a subsidiary of F. H. T. Holdings; the ultimate parent was Tomkins plc
1993 F. H. T. Holdings which was owned by Pegler-Hattersley plc and Tomkins Investments Ltd ceased appointing auditors
1998 The last part of the original Tomkins company, F. H. Tomkins Buckle Co, was sold to a private investor[3], Robert Parkes.
2011 Company voluntarily wound up[4]
