1908 The Caledonian Motor Company Limited of 14 Bon Accord Street, Aberdeen was incorporated, with capital of £25,000 to acquire as a going concern and to develop and extend the business of the Caledonian Motor Car and Cycle Company of 10 Bon Accord Street and to enable the company to establish a service of motor taximeter cabs for Edinburgh, Aberdeen, suburban areas and other places.[1]

1909 The company went into voluntary liquidation in November.[2]
