1920 Fremlin Brothers of Maidstone was converted into a private limited company

1926 Associated with Alfred Leney and Co of Dover and Flint and Co of Canterbury whose properties were leased to Fremlin Brothers.

1928 Fremlins Ltd was incorporated as a public company to acquire Fremlin Brothers of Maidstone[1]
