1922 Macrae and Dick Limited, of 36 Academy Street, Inverness, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £40,000, to acquire the business of the same name and to carry on the business of coachbuilders and motor engineers in Inverness, Nairn and Invergordon.[1]
