Early 1920s Redpath, Brown and Co acquired the company
1923 Bolckow, Vaughan and Co acquired am "important interest" in Redpath, Brown and so came to own Darlington Rolling Mills.
1929 Dorman, Long and Co acquired Bolckow, Vaughan and so became owners of a substantial interest in this company[1]
1937 Steel rollers and rivet manufacturers.[2]
