Heavy forgings and structural engineering, of Neptune Engineering Works, Sedgeley Road, Tipton, Staffs

1913 Company incorporated[1] - was this as part of Joseph Wright and Co of Tipton?

1922 Wright's Chilled and Grain Roll Co was located in Sedgeley Road West, Tipton

1947 Acquired by N. Hingley and Sons

1966 Acquired by F. H. Lloyd and Co with other parts of Hingleys, and used for dressing and finishing castings[2].
