Born at Stoke Damerel, Devon, the son of John Luckraft

1883 John Pasley Luckraft, of Burry Port, Pembrey, in the county of Carmarthen, Superintendent of the Burry Port, Pembrey, and Gwendraeth Valley Railway Company, and a Retired Staff Commander of the Royal Navy.[1]
