1832 George Sked of Dunbar Foundry advertised a number of high pressure and condensing steam engines for sale.[1]
1843 Advert: 'STEAM-ENGINES. The SUBSCRIBER begs to intimate that he has for SALE several FIRST-CLASS HIGH-PRESSURE and CONDENSING STEAM ENGINES, of 4, 5, 6, 7, and 10 Horses Power, well adapted for driving Thrashing-Mills, &c. &c.
