1899 The company was registered May 31, 1899, for the purpose of taking over the assets and liabilities of Elmore's Patent Copper Depositing Co. Limited, Elmore's Wire Manufacturing Co. Limited, Elmore's Foreign and Colonial Patent Copper Depositing Co. Limited, and Elmore's American and Canadian Patent Copper Depositing Co. Limited, and re-selling, the assets, free from all encumbrance, to the English Electro-Metallurgical Co. Limited.
