Passerelle des Deux Rives, Strasbourg
The Passerelle des Deux Rives (footbridge of two banks) crosses the Rhine between Strasbourg and Kehl, allowing pedestrians and cyclists to cross the river with no indication that they are crossing a national border.
Cable-stayed pedestrian bridge with 185m main span. Two decks, one straight in plan and arched in elevation, the other curved in plan.
