1961 Suspension equipment manufacturers. 400 employees. [2]
1969 Toledo Woodhead Springs accepted offer from Jonas Woodhead and Sons in preference to lower offer from Armstrong Equipment. Toledo owned 60 percent of Tolwood Multifasteners[3]
