Thompson and Benjamin James Thompson, Bankrupts,) on the Premises, WYLAM IRON WORKS, in the County of Northumberland, on Monday the 27th Day of June, 1842, and following Days, at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon of each Day precisely, By John and George Ewart,
THE WHOLE of the STOCK and IMPLEMENTS used in the Locomotive Engine Manufactory and Iron Works, consisting of an High Pressure Steam Engine of Seven Horses Power, with Boiler complete, self-acting and common Lathes; Screwing, Drilling, Planeing and Nut Shaping Machines, Fan Blast, Punching Machine, Drilling Presses, Smith's Bellows, Anvils, Vices, Screw Presses, Cranes, Screw Stocks, Taps and and Dies adapted to Whitworth's Bolts, Two Boxes of Whitworth's Screw Stocks, Taps and Dies, Fitter's and Smith's Tools of all Descriptions, Boiler Maker's Tools, Lathe Tools, Rivets, Scale Beams and Weights, Two Pair of Iron Blocks, Shear Legs with Winch complete. Furnace Irons, Lamps, Cinder Grapes, Shovels, Picks, Jack Screws, Blacksmith's Portable Hearth, Facing Planes, Iron and Wood Templates, Malleable Iron and Steel, Old Cast and Malleable Iron; Oil, Tallow, and other Stores; Wood Patterns for Locomotive Engines, Cast Mould for Boilers, Grindstone, Wheelbarrows, Pails, &c.; Cast and Malleable Tramplates, Iron Stone, Tubs and Trams; Eight Half-Chaldron Ironstone Waggons; Fire Bricks for Furnace Hearth; sundry Timber, a Gin complete, a Quantity of rough Fire Clay, Iron Stone, Splint Coal, and No. 4 Pig Iron ; about Fifty Coke, Four excellent Ironstone Carts, Water Cart, &c. &c.
Also, TWO NEW LOCOMOTIVE ENGINE BOILERS, with Copper Fire Boxes and Four Cylinders to suit. Together with the FURNITURE in the offices, comprising Mahogany Double Desk with Drawers, Painted Desks, Drawing and other Tables, Chairs, Stools, Presses, Eight-Day Time Piece, and a LARGE MALLEABLE IRON SAFE.
Catalogues will be ready on Saturday the 18th Day of June Instant, and may be had on Application to the Foreman at the Works, and of the Auctioneers, Grey-Street, Newcastle-upon-Tyne.'
