1903 Incorporated as a Limited Company.

1914 Directors: Thomas A. Edison, Sir G. Croydon Marks, M.P., and Paul H. Cromelin (Managing Director). Assistant General Manager: A. F. Wagner. Associated with Thomas A. Edison and the productions of his laboratories.

1932 Established Edison Storage Battery Division when the battery business was integrated into the main Edison company.
