Roadstar
Roadstar was a motorcycle produced in 1980.
The idea was to produce a road machine based on the CCM moto-cross engine unit, with three versions available. These were to be the Roadstar in sports road trim, the Darkstar with extra body-work, and the Customstar which had chopper styling and a rigid rear end. Engines were the the 343cc, 499cc or 580cc BSA singles with four-speed gearbox. They were intended to be built to order, but although they were good looking machines, production was too expensive to make the proposition viable.
