William March
William March (c1805-1877) of Hughes and March (or possibly his son William March was the partner)
1861 Living at 6 Welford Road, Leicester: William March (age 56 born Dover), Iron and Brass Founder keeps 25 men and 8 boys. With his wife Harriet March (age 55 born Markfield) and their four children; William March (age 26 born Leicester), Iron and Brass Founder; Fanny Isabella March (age 20 born Leicester); Harriet March (age 18 born Leicester); and Betsy Janderson March (age 9 born Leicester). Also his sister Betsy Sanderson (age 58 born Markfield), Widow. One servant.[1]
1877 May 6th. Died. Probate to his son William March of 21 Lower Hastings Street, leicester, Iron Founder.
