1951 formed from Nash Tyzack Industries and William Hunt and Sons, which used the trademark The Brades.

1960 Acquired by Spear and Jackson[1]

1961 Manufacturers of edge tools. [2]

1962 Merged with C. T. Skelton and Co of Sheffield[3] to form Brades, Skelton and Tyzack, making garden, contractors and some agricultural tools.

1967 became part of Spearwell Tools
