Crosses the River Usk at Kemeys, between Abergavenny and Newport.

Replaced a c.60 year old suspension bridge.

Engineer: John James Webster. Contractor: George Palmer of Neath. Steelwork subcontracted to W. A. Baker and Co of Newport.
