1843 Leaves partnership. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Homer, Jacob Dockray, and Joseph Barrans, carrying on business at Leeds, in the county of York, as Engineers and Machine Makers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and all debts owing to and by the said copartnership will be received and paid by the said Joseph Horner and Jacob Dockray, who will henceforth carry on the said business...'[1]
