1920s Bolckow, Vaughan and Co acquired Redpath, Brown and so came to own Darlington Rolling Mills.
1929 Dorman, Long and Co acquire Bolckow, Vaughan and so became owners of a substantial interest in this company[1]
1937 Steel rollers and rivet manufacturers.[2]
