1970s W. and R. Jacob in Dublin merged with Boland's Biscuits to form Irish Biscuits, and moved to Tallaght, Ireland.

Became a subsidiary of Danone

2004 Danone sold its Irish Biscuits and Jacobs Biscuits brands to United Biscuits[1]
