Successor to Hennet, Spink and Else.
1870 'THE BRIDGWATER IRON WORKS, The failure of which was announced some time since, have been re-opened. Mr Hennet, one of the former proprietors, has been joined by other gentlemen, well known in Bristol, and possessed of plenty of capital and enterprise, and under these favourable auspices the new undertaking promises to be very successful.'[1]

1873 'NEW CRANE FOR BASIN [Exeter]. Tenders had been invited for a new ten-ton crane at the Basin, and that of Messrs. Hennett [sic] and Co., of the Bridgwater Iron Works, at £350, was accepted.'[4]
