1885 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Kish, James Henry Boolds, and Edmund Sharer, carrying on business as Shipbuilders and Ship Repairers, at Pallion, near Sunderland, in the county of Durham, under the style or firm of Kish, Boolds, and Company, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 31st day of December, 1884. All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said James Henry Boolds and Edmund Sharer, who will continue to carry on the business...'[1]
