Evidently the same business as J. Blake

1880 Advertising Blake's Patent Winch Boiler [1]

c.1885 Developed an improved vertical boiler that was used by E. R. and F. Turner

1902 Richardsons, Westgarth and Co were making vertical boilers to Blake's design.
