1903 Company formed and absorbed the London Motor Omnibus Syndicate on its voluntary liquidation[1]

1905 The London Motor Omnibus Co was established by investors enthusiastic about the new technology, which they thought could finally break the London General Omnibus Co monopoly; it had 58 vehicles.

1907 Absorbed into a new company Vanguard Motor Omnibus Co on its formation[2].

The London Motor Omnibus Co, otherwise known as Vanguard, formed a subsidiary MOC - Motor Omnibus Construction.

1908 Taken over by LGOC.
