1856 Name changed to Hickson, Lloyd and King.[1]
1928 Incorporated as a Public Limited Company.[1]
1935 Acquired George Peak and Co.[2]
1937 Acquired Richardson, Tee, Rycroft and Co.[3]
1960 Acquired by Rylands and Sons.[4]
