1922 Brevet Lieut.-Colonel, M.I.Mech.E., c/o H. S. King & Co., 9, Pall Mall, London; b. 1860; s. of the late Captain John Keatinge, Manchester Regiment. Indian State Railways for 39 years. Chief Controller of Stores, North Western State Railway, India. Now Embarkation Commandant, Liverpool. Member of the Royal Society of Arts Club, St. James's. War Services.—From May I, 1915, and still serving. Mentioned three times in Dispatches.
