1 Cross-shore Street, Greenock

1899 The company was registered to take over the Greenock Steamship Co and the Gulf Line Association. [1] The capital of the new company was £120,000.[2]

1902 Acquired by Furness, Withy and Co

1929 Gulf Line was placed in voluntary liquidation and their ships transferred to Bermuda and West Indies Steamship Co.
