A subsidiary of the Scottish Bus Group. Provided local bus services in several areas within the Highlands, chiefly Inverness, Fort William, Thurso, Wick, Tain, Nairn and Aviemore and on the Isle of Skye. Highland Scottish Omnibuses also ran some inter-city services (under contract to Scottish Citylink Coaches Ltd) and undertook contracting.

1989 Acquired jointly by Rapsons Coaches and Clansman.
