1922 Capital £60,000. Employees: 200. Directors R. H. Hutchinson, James Crichton, R. P. Little F. C. Spink, P. Vincent, J. W. Harper. Products.—Motor and steam-driven vessels up to 1,500 tons d.w., oil barges, stern wheelers, etc. repairs.

1926 The company was in voluntary liquidation.[2]
