1907 The Arbroath Sawmill Company Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £10,000, to acquire and carry on the business of Charles Brown and Company Limited (in liquidation), sawmillers and wood merchants.[1]

1916 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
