By 1972 Fox Umbrella Frames Ltd claimed to be "makers of the world's finest umbrella frames"[1]

1986 Raine Industries sold the company to a private company, Teampace[2]

1988 L. R. Davies (Textiles) Ltd was renamed Fox Umbrella Frames.
