1901 The partnership between William Dilworth and Edgar Joseph Augustine Carr, carrying on business as hot water engineers at Charnley Street, Preston, with the business being continued by Carr under the style of Dilworth and Carr.[1]
The company was, in later years, a subsidiary of United Glass.
