1967 F. H. Lloyd and Co merged 2 of its subsidiaries involved in steel forging, Wright's Forge and Engineering Co and N. Hingley and Sons (Netherton), to form Wright Hingley.

1969 Financial results were still disappointing[1]

1973 Acquired by John Folkes Hefo, Midlands engineering group as Lloyds could not justify the capital investment needed.[2]
