1964 ATV secured control of Stoll Theatres Corporation and Moss Empires Ltd., which together control most of Britain's biggest theatres, including the London Palladium, London Hippodrome, Victoria Palace[4]

1973 "Sir Lew Grade, who earlier this month was appointed chairman of Associated Television, has been elected chairman of Stoll Theatres Corporation Ltd. and Moss Empires Ltd. He succeeds Mr Prince Littler, who died on September 13."[5]
