1889 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Edwin Francis Gyde and John Tuppen Woollright, carrying on business as Dyers, at Arundell Mills, Stroud, in the county of Gloucester, under the style or firm of Gyde and Co., has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 1st day of July, 1889. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said John Tuppen Woollright...'[1]
