'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Davies, Charles Cains Grimes, and Joseph Gainer, all of Stonehouse Mills, in the county of Gloucester, in the trade or business of Woollen Cloth Manufacturers, carried on at Stonehouse Mills aforesaid, under the style of Robert S.
