1868 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Davies, Charles Cains Grimes, and Joseph Gainer, all of Stonehouse Mills, in the county of Gloucester, in the trade or business of Woollen Cloth Manufacturers, carried on at Stonehouse Mills aforesaid, under the style of Robert S. Davies and Sons, was, on and from the 30th of June, 1868, dissolved by mutual consent, so far as concerns the said Charles Caius Grimes...'[1]
