1901 Built the Gem Mill.

1920 Restructured as Gem Mill (1920).[1]

1928 Company liquidated.[2] Merged with the Lark Mill (1920) to form Egyptian Spinners Ltd.[3]

Gem Mill was later acquired by Ferranti and used to manufacture electronic components.
