Charles James McAllester (c1859-1939) of Henderson and Glass

1893 Married at waterloo to Elizabeth Walker Watson

1911 Residing at 4 Stanley Avenue, Birkdale, Millepeel: Charles James McAllester (age 52 born Manchester), Iron and Steel Merchant. With his wife Elizabeth Walker McAllester and children Gladys Thornber; Lawrence Charles McAllester (age 10); and George Leslie McAllester (age 9).[1]

1939 Died. 'Mr. Charles James McAllester, who for nearly 50 years was a member of a Liverpool firm of constructional engineers, has died at his home in Kingsmead-road South, Birkenhead, aged 81. He retired from business several years ago and is survived by a widow, two sons and a daughter.'[2]
