Note: This is a sub-section of GEC

1969 As a result of the major reorganisation of AEI and English Electric after the acquisition by GEC, Marconi Radar Systems Ltd was formed from GEC-AEI (Electronics) (Blackbird Road and New Parks, Leicester), Marconi's Radar Division (Chelmsford) and Elliott's Aerospace Control Division.

It was one of 4 subsidiaries of the new GEC-Marconi Electronics[1].

By 1975 the company was dormant[2]
