1904 'CAMPBELL, Archibald, St. Alban's, Herts. Car: 10-h.p. Beaufort. Hobbies: Photography and fishing. Purchased the second Benz "Ideal" that came to England, in 1896. Joined Hewetson's, Ltd., as secretary, on formation of the company in 1897. Resigned this office in 1902. Designed the Beaufort car; is a Director of the Beaufort Motor Company.' [1]
