1963 Amalgamation of the agricultural machinery airheater (Econoil) division of Nu-Way Heating Plants with Adams and Benson (Agricultural) to form Nu-Way Benson.[1]

c.1985 After the business was bought by the Capare Group (Caparo Group?), there was a management buy-out of the washer part of the business by seven workers who then employed five more. Company then at Oldbury.[2]

1994 Name changed to Natural Gas Tubes Ltd
