1960 Wolseley-Hughes acquired the agricultural division of Adams and Benson and re-named this Adams and Benson (Agricultural).[1]

1963 Nu-Way Benson formed by amalgamation of the agricultural machinery airheater (Econoil) division of Nu-Way Heating Plants with Adams and Benson (Agricultural)[2]
